Just a word of warning...about the Lo-Tek Guage pod.

I recieved mine last night and immeadiately went to work sanding down the finish on it. For whatever reason, when the pod was prototyped some time ago the guys allowed/decided the guage to have a textured finish. I'll get some before/after pics up soon. Maybe I just have a unique Contour but all of my upper pillars(A, B, & C)are smooth, not textured. As you can imagine that means the pod looks a little out of place installed in the car. Another thing, in order for the pod to install correctly(re; the way it *should* look)you may have to carve down the side of the pod that sits against the doors weather stripping. That edge of the pod is too big and doesn't mount well in its molded position.

All in all the pod IS well designed as far as guage placement, guage direction, and overall shape of the pillar. And it is very nice having an entirely new pillar instead of some half-a$$ed looking stick on thing(autometer) wink .

Just some thoughts about the pod. laugh

The texture is fine, I like texture too( wink ) But it doesn't match...I like things to be perfect and uniform. Maybe I'm just weird like that. wink

It works, Just have to click on the picture of Brad's Contour. For example, if you click on the sail panel, it'll take you to the page about his sail panels. If that doesn't work, click on his link to the 3L service.
