When you put your new slave cylinder in did it have an rubber o ring on the back side of it. The part that goes into the tranny? I am trying to narrow it down to make sure that is the problem with my clutch. The first new slave cylinder I got with My kit had an o-ring on the back. The one I justy recieved from ford today doesn't! So i am thinkin maybe the zetec slaves come with rubber o-rings and the duratec slaves don't. Make any sense?
