I have a 99 svt and I am looking for after market parts but I want the best for the money. I am a pure high driver and spend 2 hours a day in commute to and from work. If anyone has any input please advise and thank you.

An intake alone made me enjoy my car more. Just the sound as you idle through traffic, or downshift to pass on the highway. If you want power - bang for the buck is nitrous. Just be careful if you go over a 75 shot.

75HP shot is safe.
An SVT can take a 100HP, but why push it.
Two things you'll need to run bigger than a 50HP shot;
1) copper plugs, at least 1, preferably 2 steps colder
(NGK TR6's have been working great for me and others)
2) timing retard of a couple degrees, number varies by HP
shot. For a 75HP shot, according to Zex, a 4 degree timing
retard is required.
Whatever kit you do get, start small and work your way to a larger shot. Check your engine as you increase shot size.
And careful, it is addictive.

I wouldn't consider NOS until the intake and exhaust were optimized. ECU tuning and a LS Diff. should be also be considered, as you'll probably need one real soon if your hard on the juice.
