but I don't think I could ever learn to drive a right hand drive car, just think of shifting with your left hand!

Trust me, you could drive a RHD car easy, it just is awkward to think about until you are in it.
I think the wheels look good.
Now the spoiler sucks big time, I hate those whale ones.
And the fart tip sucks too, you don't need it on a car that actually has power.
