'You have added 900 miles to your oil use since last sample, and wear from your 98 Contour engine actually improved quite a lot. Since we didn't find any problems in the oil of the last sample, we have no idea as to the reason for the improvement. Perhaps the oil cooler is a factor. Silcon improved, so possibly the air your engine is breathing is cleaner. both air and oil filtration were functioning normally while this oil was in use. This was 5W/30 engine oil with no gas, moisture or anti-freeze in it. Nice 2.5L!'

This was a sample with 3900 miles on it. Next sample I will send will have 4500 miles on it. So there, clean inside, slighty dirty outside.
