As stated the bulk buy is over - this originally started last year around August. After the bulk buy is over the kit will go into production at a different price, same with the widebody and hood.
The widebody is currently only open to those who are in the GB, this makes sense since the pieces are designed for this particular kit. The hood will not require you to have been part of the original GB to get - but those who are in the GB will more than likely get priority for the first production hoods.
