NGK does not list any double platinum (or irridium) plugs for the Duratec.
This is the main reason I would not recommend NGK's to anyone with the Duratec. (Nitrous users excluded)
As for their quality otherwise. Top notch.
My recommendation is Autolite APP764 or Motorcraft AWSF32PP.
For those Forced Induction, 3L Hybrid & chipped folks I recommend AWSF22FS plugs. There may be an Autolite equivalent???
Greg (D-man) that's the great part of having elite access to the hardest to find spark plugs around. We're able to do cross matching of part numbers to find another part that may not be on the list. In many cases NGK, Denso don't provide everything and so the need for crossmatching. Trust me we do it all the time!!!
I know of a few here on the boards who are using this part# PTR5C-13 and have given much praise to these plugs, as I know you could agree. Greg maybe it's time for you to get a new set of plugs, email me... By the way LONG Time NO Talk!!!! I was just gonna email you to see how's everything
