Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums Modifications 3.0L Duratec SHO 3.4(?) L v8 conversion

Why put a 235hp v8 that is unrelible in there, as far as I know a MTX won't bolt up to it (ford never offered the V8 SHO with a MTX). Just put the 220hp Yamaha V6 from a 89-95 SHO in there and put a 5-speed to it and go. That's what I'd do but then again I hate the 3.4 V8.
