I think I'm right  in assuming that the ST200 manifold is a better manifold than the 2000 CSVT, but why? We know that the CSVT is double EH'd. What is it about the ST200 that gives it the advantage?

What gives you the impression that it is any different at all from the 2000 SVT UIM?

I don't know...I admit that I know very little about the ST200 at all really. I thought the engine in general was more potent (is it not  ) and that perhaps some of it was due to the UIM (is it not  ) . Not to mention BAT has been selling them and I've noticed alot of interest.
Is it any different at all?
I guess I could dig it up on the inty somewhere...hmm

Yea, I thought of that too...he's the only one I can remember that had one. BAT just sold 75 of 'em, I being one of them. When I called them I asked for a 2000 CSVT UIM,the sales guy said, "sure we have 75 coming in this week" so I bought one ( no more 5hp difference for my E0  ) then I talked to someone from NECO and he mentioned that BAT was selling ST200 UIM's. Cofused, I called BAT and the guy said they had the ST200's that they were selling (mine being one of them)....he had no idea when I started talkng about extrude honing an so on so I figured I'd ask...even though it seems they must be the same.

The ST200 motor is exactly the same motor as its SVT model year counterpart, with the exception of emissions controls and those sort of differences UK vs US. So, the manifolds are the same as well. I have one of the BAT manifolds FWIW. Wish the SVTC was produced for 02MY - the new ST motor is a 3L.

That's what I was getting at -- they are the same exact manifolds. I, too, have the BAT-provided ST200 manifold. Hopefully soon after I move into the house I will get the time to put it on. I've had in the storage closet for almost a year!
