i will be changing oil soon.. i have like a couple hundred miles more.. so the plan is to get the motorcraft filter and mobil1 5w-30 syn.... i have no jack stands or ramps and figure i probably will need to get it up some... can i just jack one side up? (i can right) i can put wood to support car if it happens to fall...any more tips.. this will be my first time changing oil myself,, though i've seen in done on other cars.
