The Fram filter for the zetec is 16, you can get the PH16, DG16, or XG16... I use Purolator Pure One oil filters, I don't have the Part # handy, but go to your local Pep Boys, they have them... I believe the Purolator is around $6-7 and the Fram from Wal-Mart ranges from around $3 to $7... Use any oil as long as it is 5W30 it will be alright, Avoid Quaker State That is a recycled oil... And if you get your oil from Wal-Mart, DO NOT get the Super Tech, it is Quaker State oil, just bottled for Wal-Mart... But 87 cents a qt for the Super Tech, so if your cheap, that's the oil for you... But if you want a good oil and don't use syn. try Valvoline, Pennzoil, Mobil Drive clean, Havoline, those are what I would recomend... After you fill the car with oil and do a pressure check (start the car let it run for a min) take the cap off and let it sit for a min. Fords normally take a little while for the oil to drain back down... Or you could just put in a full 5 qts like I do... Won't hurt the car, and if you use the Purolator Oil filter it will only be about a 1/4 to an 1/8th qt over... I hope my mumbling has helped you
