Yeah, I think cops just enjoy bustin ricer's balls. For example, last weekend in Reynoldsburg, OH. there was a HUGE Mopar gathering. Superbirds, Chargers, & Roadrunners everywhere! They were doing burnouts so much that you couldn't see to drive down the street cause all the tire smoke.
Cops didn't care about that, but a kid in a Civic chirped his tires from a stop light, and 2 cops were on him quicker than crap. Sorta amusing, but it just illustrates that cops don't like ricers!
