It takes 4 hours to pull the motor and trans from the top. About another 20 minutes to separate out the trans. Here's a quick breakdown-
Pulling the motor and trans- 4 hours
Separating the two- 1/2 hour
Packing to send to Terry Haines- 1 hour
Having him build a bulletproof trans and giving your almost broken bits back at SZ- priceless!!!
Pop it out, send it to Terry definitely worth it.
