Hi All,

I thought I saw a cost of an install recently but now can't find it. My local Ford dealer wants $400 for the BAT and sway bar, including 4 wheel alignment. The local shop want $300 for the same gig. Is Ford that far off? My car should present no curve balls, it' s just a baby. Anyway, I would be interested in knowing.

Thanks Immarocker confused

I was getting quotes of around $250 at my local trusted shop to do just the strut install and alignment, however another company that I do a lot of business with for work quoted an installation price of $100 and an alignment price of $60 so $160. The second my struts come in I'm going there!

ford really isnt that far off for what it is worth........normal prices will range anywhere from 300-450...........

SVT has the right idea...........local mom and pop performance shop.......that is what you want.....if they can align cool.....if not immediately drive car elsewhere to get aligned......

most "big places" though will charge around 60 bucks an hour......an hour per wheel, hour for sway bar, then computer align........if that helps any......
