i just picked up a nitrous express kit today for $100, it has all the stuff with it and he bought the rpm trigger, i have all the pills and the rpm setting, it is a 50 to 150 shot, i will start with the 50 i think, any good plug i should look for

Whatever you get, make sure its copper, and at least 1, preferably 2 steps colder.
I have NGK TR6's gapped at .35, and everything is working great.
After 3 weeks of daily driving and three days at the track they are still as shiny as when they were new.
If you have a Zetec/Duratec I wouldn't recomend going over a 100HP shot, preferably stay below 85HP.
If you have an SVT, then a 100HP shot (and perhaps 125HP) would be safe to run.

I am using the same type of plugs and have over 2 months on mine. Copper and a step colder are a must.

I would not suggest going over 100HP. But if you do decide to go that route you will need larger injectors. Trust me on that one I know from experience. SVT's have a 19lb injector and I maxed it out at 6000 RPM, others only have 17lb.

Good luck and learn as much as you can before you start spraying.
