I agree with the above posts. Since your car is off waranty, there's no reason to get it fixed at a dealer. you should be able to find a mechanic to clean up the intake & EGR for a hundred or so. It's about a 2 hour job, and parts are minimal. The bank 1 O2 sensor is a harder to replace, but I can't imagine anyone charging more than $50 labor to change it.
Plugs + wires + fuel filter is maybe an hours work...
