I was in the middle of a brake job, and getting ready for an AutoX school, so I wanted to finish off the tires on the stock wheels.
If you look close, you'll see nice shiny plated rotors on the front, and the rusty stockers on the back, and of course, evidence of the oil change as well.
There are shiny slotted rotors all around now, plus the neat (light and expensive) wheels you like have returned to the car.
Wanna buy some slightly used SVT wheels and tires
BTW, I too can just pick them up and set them next to the garage. I'm really thinking of some wheels in the front and handles in the back to make handling them a bit easier. They are rather cumbersome to carry.
