Oil filter: break seal, let oil drain everywhere (and some into the catch pan). Wait 15 minutes. Give 1/2 turn, let oil drain everywhere. Wait 15 minutes. Spin filter off, spill hot oil all over your arms when it clears the interface. Drop filter on top of the screen in the drain pan. Curse Ford for 15 minutes. Wipe oil off everything. Replace filter, while saying to yourself that at least you have 5000 miles until that happens again. :rolleyes:
Or buy Amsoil and change the filter every 12500 miles and oil every 25000 miles.Once a year.Filter twice a year!
