The only cars I've seen with the leather door panels are on the SVT...so you'd have to get seats from one of those. Which limits your colors to Midnight Blue and Prairie Tan. And yes all the model years seats will interchange. Also, all of the leather interiors got a split/folding rear seat which, I don't believe, any of the cloth seats got. At least not after 98 they didn't, so you may need to pull your rear seat and make sure all the extra holes are there to mount the folding rear seat. In the 98+ all the holes are there but I don't know about the pre98's.
