You could of also gotten a new bulb that was bad. I would try another bulb.

Check for volts at bulb connector would be the place to start. I assume you checked fuse 15, engine compartment fuse box.

Did you check the fuses under the dash or under the hood?? There's a fuse for each high and low per light under the hood, IIRC...

From the Service Manual:- Check fuse 15. DONE
- Check voltage at headlamp connector. You want to check between the ORANGE/WHITE wire and ground. Should be greater than 10 volts. If OK, go to the next step. If not, you have an open in the power circuit somewhere.
- Check for open in ground of headlamp circuit. You want to check the resistance from the BLACK wire to ground. If the resistance is greater than 5 Ohms, then there is an open in the ground circuit.
If the above checks out, all the manual says is to check the bulb. In reality, these are the only things that could be wrong, but finding the open in the headlamp circuit is easier said than done if it is determined one is present. Who says UBB Code isn't any good? I like the ability to put colors in. Nice addition to the functionality.
