WHOA, small correction, the reason for the numbers being so low is now known. LOL. the dyno sheet above is about a year old, we recently tested the cougar on another dyno (different machine) and we got some "normal" numbers. although we were unable to dyno the car with and without the catback like our last dyno, we were able to dyno it with the exhaust on, and everything on the car was the same. we were able to acheive a much more "normal" number, we got about 149.1 at the wheels.
i know this doesnt say what the exhaust got, but it atleast it let us know the car was okay. LOL
even though the first dyno was wrong, since we did use the same dyno for each setup, we can still come up with the cat-back making about 8HP at the wheels. this is for a cougar.
i will try to have pics, clips, and dyno numbers for the contour soon. for now, the pics on our website of the cougar kits, are almost identical. i can describe the sound as LOUD. this was using a contour with a high-flow y-pipe though.
we will most likly be offering a kit with a 50 series flowmaster, to quiet it down. the cost may change for that muffler though.
