Since there are several steps and the last step is the fastest step I will be sending them out prett much at the same time (except those who have sent checks).
Cutting (I hate this part), Sanding, Polishing, emblem placement and packing
It takes me about 2-3 hours to finish each emblem if I did it one at a time (cutting is a bitch since the size has to be perfect and polishing is a bit tedious at times). But if I do it step by step I can knock out 10 emblems in about 10-12 hours (of course I don't do it all in one day).
