Alot of people talk about doing this with pre 98 tours due to the hood and lights front bumper has anyone ever actually done this and have pics and can tell what parts it consist to perform this mod

from my knowlege the pre 98 and 98+ frame/chasis are made the same just diffrent body style is this true?
