Alright Terry,

I've made up my mind I want to get the DMD from you but I have no idea what PM is - someone earlier told me to PM you. So, how do I get you the money?

I have a few questions first:

1. I used to have a 99 SE V6 and my 99 SVT vibrates a whole lot more when I take it past 3000 RPM - is there a chance that the engine is already at a point that it's better not to touch it at all? (sort of like turbos should go on a well running engine)

2. I have $500 to spend (incl Labor). The DMD is first. Then the waterpump from SP, then... what do you recommend? right now my car is 100% stock and I don't want to put in KKM (had it before and hated the heat soak in the summer).

Thanks Terry,
Alex
The Dual mode dampener should smooth out the feel of the car aboue 3000 RPM's. That is the whole point of it. It absorbes more vibration from the crank than the stocker. The installation charge should be for no more than a half hour of work. The water pump is about a two hour job or less so don't pay for more than two hours of labor! You should spend a lot less than 500 for the installation and purchase of those two items. Hell a fellow CEGer could do them in a couple hours if they have done them before! After that I would say replace the stock resonator with anything but a straight pipe!
