Any decent mechanic that understands Ford's torquing procedures and a lift makes it awhole lot easier. My cousin shop manager/mechanic of tranmission shop (Mansfield) helped me do mine. The hardest part for me was getting the poly-v back on. Don't forget the RTV silicon in the keyway.
