Marco, that'sa little scary that they're fixing it... 7k$ is a lot of repairs. Bodywork is no problem, but like you say, mechanical gremlins and squeaks & rattles are no good! Hope everything turns out fine.

Shaggy: The electrical problem sprang up again in Montreal, but my dealership was looking at it... Fixed it actually. See my other post.

The car's still for sale though, I decided to forego my rear doors for a hatch. I'm sure our soon-to-be Great Dane will appreciate the legroom out back when I yank the backseat from the GTI. laugh

I had a contour LX 1997, and got rid of it this weekend. I came back from Newfoundland, and with additional weight I blew a gasket. I had two days to decide what to hell to do. So I traded it in for a ZX5 Focus. I hope I did the right choice. I wanted the SVT, but not available.
Anyways, I am back in Ottawa, with a new car, and I miss my oldy. I hope I can increase the HP in this car to be similar to the SVT, but its a lot of Money. Anyways, thats my story.
