www.autotrader.ca and do a search for Ford and Contour with keyword "SVT".
There's a nice-looking black one in Ottawa, with 48,000km. The guy is asking $16,900, IIRC, which I think sounds reasonable, considering regular V6 Contours are going for around 14K at dealerships.
