Cobber - Sure! Sorry its been awile since my reply. Also sorry to everyone else who have been trying to access my online foto albums - still having problems. Im leaving Kingston for Ottawa on Friday no time really for a meet for me (unless its from 1:00 to 4:00 somewhere. enough time for a photoshoot. Hopefully the weather will stay like this for awile.) If that time frame is bad for other people who would like to meet, please keep me posted on a different time, place Etc. Thanks

Friday is at that time is going to be bad for me. I would rather a sunday thing, where everyone is relaxing and want to plan something. Friday is a bad time, but I understand if you are driving up then post it. After 4:00 I am cool to meet somewhere close to the 416. So anyone know a place to hang out close to the 416?
I think bells corners parking lot is cool, or hooters in bells corners. That would be cool.
Anyways, considering tomorrow is friday, let me know. I have a tan coloured 2.5 contour LX 1997. Its OK, but there are so many cars out there. And now bikes...
I would meet at 4:45 at Hooters parking lot, then go for 1 beer and head out later for more, without the car. Any takers, local here to have a small talk about the problems and what to expect with the contour. I have a problem right now, that is bugging me, and need advice.

Newfie - sorry to here that your having problems.
Sunday is bad for me, (work in Kingston) also the timing (4:45) is bad as well (plans with lady). I want to hook up soon with the Ottawa guys though, so keep me posted on plans for maybe june 15 or Canada day weekend. This gives a little extra time to plan out the meet. Also, Hooters sounds like a good meeting place. Hope to see you there soon.

Saturday between 1:00 and 4:00. Sorry - forgot to letcha know thats when i've got the free time for the shoot.

Anybody else interested in 1:00 - 4:00 on Saturday. I would like to ask a vote as well that sundays is the best day to have a meet. Anybody want to respond in this small group of people to see if Sundays or Saturdays are better or not. I have to help someone move on Saturday, getting up earlier I must to make the meeting. I will keep you posted if the decision would be July weekend or not. Thats a long weekend too, man, so I am usually out of town. Can't live every weekend in Ottawa.
So drop me a email, and we will see. I will wait for more response now that we have at least two.
Hooters byes, its OK. One beer won't damage us.
We can even get a hooters chick to come out and pick the best one. Their game for that.

My general preference would be for Sundays, but Saturdays usually work for me as well.

Sorry but this saturday is a no no as well. I have to help someone move, and its also the only day to do anything overnight. Lets make it offical for June 15-16. Vote it people. This weekend is too short notice for me now. I know, I suggested saturday, but I posted a entry for Sundays only or when a good size group show up on Saturdays. I will try harder next weekend to make it saturday, but sundays are the best.

We need everyone. I need brake shoes in the back of my car bad. Someone recommend a place to go in Ottawa that is cheaper then then the dealership. Hell just the part number would be cool. I will check for the number, but it popped into my mind just then. The front is taking all the load now. Must be a weekend job, and it could be sunday. I want to go camping bad too, so I am thinking of being back for 2:00 on Sunday. If anyone is interested reply.
We haven't had one yet. We need someone with a digital camera too. This way we can make others come out, and we post it here.

As far as someone with a digital camera - im the man. Although i'll never own a digital camera(prefer quality over convenience), But my images only take 3 days to fully digitize and the quality is outstanding, so it'll be worth the wait. Let me know of a time and place for sure. Hooters? Never been there, but pretty open minded, and down for whatever. Keep in touch. Craig.

Well its Sunday, just washed the car. No phone calls for a meet. Had to many beers now. But we should make the next attempt to meet the main one. So get your thinking caps on and make it a day. For some of us that Saturday is best. I am not sure about others about this day. I can make it on Saturday, but the summer is here, so we have to meet soon. I will try for June 22nd. It would be perfect for me here in Ottawa, but the St. Jean de Baptiste day is ongoing in Montreal. Maybe some Ontario plates will cause a riot. Just kidding buddies. I am not a Quebecer, but if I was, I would be celebrating too. So ye montrealers, should post a new reply for a meeting in Montreal. I will be game. The kingston dude, can come up to Ottawa, and meet me, then head for Montreal. Directions are needed, so supply them on the next post. Nothing for me planned for that weekend. The girlfriend is heading to Quebec. Can't go that far, but would consider Montreal that night. Lets us Ottawa people know. If the Ottawa guys are laid back and relaxing in this heat, then maybe we can have a meet here. It seems that most of these posts are coming fromm Montreal, No?
