Is anyone from the St. Louis area going to the National Meet in Dallas. I am pretty sure it starts on Thursday the 27th of June and ends Sunday the 30th of June. I wanted to go to Spring Zing but I couldn't get off work. I know I am planning on going to The National Meet. I was just wondering if anyone else was going. I believe that is where Chris will be unveiling of the turbo for the Contour.

Mom lives in Ft. Worth, so it makes sense for me to go. I believe Tim is interested as well since he has ties in Austin, TX.
So we can roll together. I was thinking leaving Wed night and driving to Tulsa. The Embassy suites is nice and with enough of us, could be as little as $25-$30/person if four of us split a room. Free breakfast, really nice breakfast, pool in hotel, yada yada yada!
Just a thought.

ME, ties in Austin are my parents, rest of the group lives in Plano and Dallas area.

TB hey whats up? seen that some of ya'll are going to the national meet.headed to tulsa huh.you guys want to meet up on i-35 somewhere,me, Jpett,ry0077 from oklahoma and exdelayed from colorado, are meeting up on friday morning and heading down there.just let me know if your intersted in a big convoy.  oh yeah we're going to try and talk duratec dave and my99svt into coming down on friday as well.

The Embassy Suites has gotten a bit pricey, so I'll look into other options.
I've stayed there for $80/night before, but that was back in 99. The best rate has about doubled now!
It was about the same time of year too!
