The weather lightend up just enough so that we could stand outside and talk...... Only 2 of us had our Tours, Tim was on lockdown, but it was still alright.........
I don't know if any of you were out in the county anymore last night around 1030, but it was one monster of a storm. Enormous amounts of water poured from the sky & within 5 minutes there were 3 wrecks. I shoulda went home earlier!!

The rest of you guys should try to make it next time....
Jason

Well, overtime $$$ goes into the car habit.

The meeting was great. Lookinmean and her family showed up. Guilty2 was there with his Red SVT Contour. Oh yeah and his girlfriend. StlSVT showed up with his black SVT Contour. Tim we have finally found some one in the St. Louis Chapter that has the knauberized(sp?). Guilty2 bought his with the door dings removed. Oh yeah the only person that said he would be there and didn't show up was the godfather. The godmother snapped the whip and told him NO. I'm just messing with you Tim. Overall it was a good meet and a lot of new faces were there. I was thinking for another meeting when the weather gets warmer. We could all have a cook out at my apartment complex. We could BBQ and swim. This would let the whole family come out.

Yes I told you that I had svt springs for sale. If I remember correctly you had a pre 98. I will sell you the springs for $75. All you need to buy to adapt them to your car is the top hats. These are pretty cheap from Ford. These are the SVT Springs. They have around 35,000 to 40,000 miles on them. They have a lot of life left. Let me know if yopu are interested.

Lookinmean,
You might want to check out some adjustible struts too if your gonna do new springs.
I'm a firm believer in new struts with new springs..... I have adjustable Koni struts and they really make my car ride nice concidering its lowered. Maybe in the Group Buy section too if your interested.......

Later,
Jason

Lookinmean

Like Guilty2 said you should look into new struts. Maybe some svt struts. you should be able to get them fairly cheap or I might be able to find them for you. The SVT struts have a very nice, smooth ride. This is the route you could go if you aren't looking to spend a nice wad of cash.
