95 is not a returnless system. 95-97 is a return system, with side feed injectors that run at a lower pressure than the later top feeds. You will probably have a different PCM than what the 98+'s have, but if it's a superchip reprogram thing they do with the kit I don't see why they couldn't work with it.
Your best bet is probably just to call them up and ask them.
