The e-RAM? It weighs very little, less than the rubber couplings you stick it into your intake pipe with. The outer housing was originally metal, now it's thin plastic and you have to make sure not to tighten the hose clamps onto it too hard or the fan blades will rub.
My electric switch is built now, by the way -- a tiny circuit board, fit inside a film can for protection from the elements -- but I still haven't found time to install it. It's more important to bleed the brakes first, since I'm going to the Sierras in a few weeks, and I want the high temperature fluid in there. The local wheel shop refused to flush the fluid because they didn't want to take the chance of the high temperature fluid being incompatible.
