*make* the shaft go bad then... I know you've got a bad one since I ordered the kit the month that it came out... It was only installed 2-3 months tops and never had a chance to go bad on my car and has been sitting around since I sold it to you. Send it back to them to take a look at, give them the kit serial number... something...
