You can use the stock ECU to control everything BUT fuel and spark you know...check SCC's Project Matrix to see how they intergrated the stock ECU w/an Electromotive TEC-II. It can be done!

I'm not planning to run more than 6 1/2 lbs, with the odd short burst to 8lbs. This is relatively low boost so I'll leave it up to the shop to determine what to do with the timing.

Kris - You REALY do need timing control in forced asperation setups. SAFC is OK, but it's NOT a cure-all for tuning problems. The more I read about the Greddy Emanage, the more I like it (for the price). The only thing holding it back is the inability to control timing in our cars, but Warmonger is working on that

After discussing with the Turbo shop about getting this project done in a reasonable amount of time, I decided to drop the turbo idea and just have the same shop install me a Vortech SC and driveline upgrades. It would appear from the recent posts that the the jackshaft problem seems to have been resolved and I want my SVT to ready by July. So along with the the SC will come a new clutch kit and lightened flywheel, as well as a Quaife. The headers, less y-pipe, are coming off and will be up for grabs when the time comes. Stay tuned.
