This and other systems I am well aware of and intend to investigate further ... I am looking for a specific link that detailed an investigation of a momentum switch that activated the cooling device (insert method here). For example ... siting still with car running, spray every x seconds until the IAT sensor reads xx. The system tapped into IAT sensor IIRC and was "programmable" to a degree ... it's been so long since I have read it I forget. Basic premise was controlling intercooler sprayer for optimized performance without having to hit this button or that button. The "system" had a special momentum/motion switch that detected when the car was stationary and/or running. If the car was running and not moving, heat soak occured and the system would spray the intercooler without any user interaction.
