It appears mine is leaking. I had such a bad leak at the oil pan, I couldn't spot the other leak. Either I have a leak at an oil clamp, or my seals are gone. I get a little puddle right about the middle at the front of the motor.

Is it leaking where the flexible part of the drain line clamps to the hard line running into the oil pan. It could be that or maybe your oil filter. Just making some suggestions.

If the seals were gone, the banjo fitting on the inlet of the supercharger would be full of oil. You may want to check that just in case as well.

Just pulled the intake to the banjo and the intake from the SC to the throttle body. GOOD NEWS!!! NO OIL!!! So, my seals are still intact. I should get my gauges some time next week. Then we will be able to tune this baby right, so I can get the kind of numbers you are getting fast4dr.

I have not been able to make any hp with this baby. The first chip didn't work. The next missed badly above 4500 rpm. The last has no miss and no hp. Once we know what the boost and fuel pressures are we can figure a few things out.

I will keep you all posted.

One more question. When the bearings on the jack shaft go what were the symptoms and indications? I just want to know what to expect.

Jim-

I am fortunate to not have this experience. I believe though if your shaft goes then it will go all at once.

I havnt got my supercharger back from Vortech but it will hardly ever see boost again. This is going to be my baby.

Leaking oil... noticed the leak from the banjo at 2900 miles on the new SC.
I have been on the phone w/ Vortech on a regular basis to come up with a solution and they have asured me that it will be taken care of.
