Looks like the cobra numbers to me but I thought the new cobra was already released. Why is it again torque and horsepower crossover at like 5000ish rpm?

The lines cross at 5250 because the HP and Torque are related to each other by the factor of (rpm/5250). Whenever rpm=5250 this factor =1 and then HP and Torque are equal.
