We now have the zx2 and the zx3 zetec turbo manifold finished and have a test manifold for the contour zetec

would like some one to come by our dyno for a look and maby a fitting for what else will be needed

we would also like to read the computer to get into the codes to do our own chips

as most of you know i am doing 302hp and 301tq on the stock engine with 18psi boost with my focus zetec with the stock ecu

we are the only ones to date that we know of doing 300+hp with the stock engine useing the stock ecu with the zetec

we are going to offer this in 2 kits
with and with out intercooler

but both of them will come with injectors ,mass air recal. for the supplyed injectors,and our custom chip

these will be bolt on and play kits NO TUNING needed all the work will be done with the propper injectors and the well programed chip

the intercooled kit will do 150hp to 300hp this will be up to you and what you have done to your car

FST4DR has seen my kit and what my car will do
it works very well

Sure turbonetics has come on board and is in the process of making all of my manifolds

i am also now W/D with them and should be able to do the kits for about 4800.00 intercooled,injectors,mass air,custom chip

that is 3900.00 for the turbo kit
900.00 fot the fuel man. (way cheeper tham a not needed stand alone)

my car with this set up makes 302hp and 301tq at the wheels with the stock engine and the stock ECU and our chip

my kit is here and it is working for the zx2,zx3 and it will take about 2 to 3 months to finish the contour once i get a car

$900.00 for fuel management. that isn't a stand alone... are you mad?
$4,800.00 for your system vs. $4,500 for a properly researched turbo system through a reputable name... I repeat, are you mad?
Next you are probably going to tell us we need 42lb injectors too.

mark no you need to run a set of 19lbs if that makes you happy ,and yes guys like you are just the ones i dont want buying my kit ,so PLEASE wait and wait for the other one

i have tested mine for 5000+ miles for over 7 months and the one from the other place has been tested for how long

the 900.00 is for YES a set of 42lbs injectors recal.70mm mass air .and a chip that has been proven

Thanks but no thanks..... you are too far away from me in NC and I would much rather go with terry's kit in any of it's flavors... and the fact that if I have a problems terry is about 3 hours from my house much better that going to NC if I needed to... No offence tom but I just want to go with terry and I have talked to him alot about the kits he will be offereing and feel it is a much better option for me.

Terry when you gonna release the info on your kit?

Wow, 5,000 miles... so you should be just about ready for your second oil change? Again, hate to burst your bubble, but there is a reason why the system Terry is coming out w/ has been in testing so long! There is this thing called endurance and 7months & 5,000 miles sure as hell doesn't prove that your system can last.

Mark you say it is a half assed way of doing it

hate to burst you bubble but this is the way mustangs,GM ,vw,hate to say it honda ,and most every one has been doing it for over 15 years

even if you do a pectel you still need injectors ,mass air ,just because who ever you get your turbo from cant controle the stock ECU does not mean it is not the best way to do it

fore someone who is not interested in my kit you shore are taking a lot of intrest in what you thing works and does not work

have you ever watched the duty cycle in a set of 42lbs injectors on a turbo zetec to see how much was used

have you watched the mass air to see where it hits 5 volts

if you had you would not be running you mouth about something you obvious know nothing about when it comes to a turbocharged zetec

i am very interested in working with turbonetics and doing a contour

yes i am in the may issue of MMFF there you can get an idea of what my kit looks like
