Looks like a fuel delivery issue, or lack thereof. I also agree with weighing the bottle, that will tell you about the 5% deal. Personally, I think it's a combination of things, there's no way that 5% flow did that much damage, and even then you'd still have to have a fuel delivery issue as well. Do not spray it again until you're sure you've found the problem. Do not use "special" plugs with nitrous, use standard plugs 1 to 2 heat ranges colder. Start out rich, and work towards lean, NEVER the other way around. Good luck.
