1tubofocus I bet you give me say 2 weeks of the way I drive my cars like I rent them and I will be blowing something up on it. and there is no way my 1996 Zetec with 56k on it would survive that kind of boost.

ZETECRACING im not saying that any moron cant blow up there engine if they tryed hell give it to me and ill do it in 10 min. any one want to go for 9 min.

what i am saying is that i have a turbo kit that is doing more hp than any one else has done yet on a stock engine ,it is still running ,it is a clean kit and looks good

as for terry blowing up an engine just to see it blow ,my first question is why,i would want to see how far i could get it to live to ,maby this is what he did and then it cut loose

as for the rest of you on here that want terrys kit ,hay good im glad that you feel like terry is the way you need to go and i would not want it any other way

all i am doing is offering a nother idea to think about

if mcdonalds was the only fast food to go to the wourld would suck

we are a small shop outside of charlotte NC. we have a full machine shop and a dyno jet dyno in the back
we are now looking for some property to build on

it is nothing fancy if that is what you are looking for,we are kinda messy with engine parts every where,

I take exception to your 'moron' terms old chap...the engine was in a dyno cell with increasing rates of boost,spark & fuel maps being run.The failure was at around 5500 rpm,max load,WOT...we made 325 BHP and the rod caps combined with the wrist pin bosses let go.This is why on the 350bhp unit we are going to custom rods with bushed wrist pin ends,custom pistons,piston cooling jets etc.I spent the first 4 years with Ford in Dunton,England in & around the dyno cells,I think I know how to run engine mapping and max load etc tests...... wink

Well, Terry. I'm still waiting for your duratec turbo, even though Chris Hightower put one out. Or I'll be throwing in a 3L over next winter.

and yes we never know how much an engine will take ,but some of the guys on here make it sound like you blew it up just to blow it it,and this may be the case

What I was trying to spell out to you is this: **YOUR** 300+ horsepower 18psi $5200 Bolt-on Trubo kit will disinegrate most of the older stock Zetecs on this forum!! However Terry's kit be it however much more expensive will NOT. If I wanted to make 200+hp why would I buy buy your outrageously priced bolt-on and then dumb it down to 8-6 psi? I WANT TO MAKE 300HP!! Therefor I will have to go with a kit that will address the internal weakness of my older engine.

hay i under stand like i have said before my kit is not for every one

here it is, this is what it can do ,and if you like it i will work with you all i can
