No, If you have a turbo engine with stock internals you will produce say 300 HP. Just becuase you put say a 50 shot on there DOES NOT mean 350 HP 1)your cooling the intake air so you gain there 2)your adding nitros so you gain there.

Can it be done hell yeah, there are plenty of cars that run SC/TC with NOS but and this is an important But the engine is HAND BUILT from the ground up using very good parts. Also alot of trial and error to get the right combination and several blown up engines.

If you don't care about your car I say go for it. But I would suggest you chosse one or the other.
