Do you have an Intercooler fitted? If not fit one, if you have fit a bigger one! Or a more efficient one. When you crank the boost up, you will prob need water injection, to prevent it blowing up.
Another thing would be to lower the comp if not allready.
How you would do this on a V6 I don't know cos there are next to no tuning items for the duratec in the UK!
