I think I see what you are suggesting, are you suggesting you use Nitrous like a water injection system? It does work and has been used, but not on contour/mondeos. Theory being that you use a small injection of nitrous to lower the intake charge, when used appropiately you can also use it to lower the turbo lag.

I think others saw what she was suggesting too, but that sort of power increase would be far above what the engine internals could handle for any length of time. Heck, just a 100 shot on a stock bottom end is close to the limits of the motor internals (let alone driveline parts)
