Which turbo are you using? what sort of boost level? and what size is your intercooler?
You don't mention fuel delivery to your 42lb injectors, how do ensure sufficient fuel reaches the injectors? What sort of fuel pressure are you running at?
Have you done any controlled durability testing? can you guarantee it won't cause failures in otherwise stock engines?

It's all about balance.
