On something like a custom turbo kit, I'm guessing no one has the reousrces to get a CARB cert. for it. Does this pretty much exclude anyone in an emissions checking state from getting one? I'm thinking it might be hard to hide a whole lot of turbo plumbing.

No turbo kit could be carb certified if it changed the exhaust manifolds. Ditching the pre-cats would fail it automatically.

Getting a CARB cert isn't going to be likely, but there is a really good chance it will pass emissions.

When I moved here to CA, they made me remove my KKM and put in stock airbox before passing me frown
