Can NOT use an inline pump with a returnless car. You have to replace the pump altogether with a higher flow unit.

I would be surprised if he could do a custom TT setup for a mere $6500...
Actually finding a place to stick it is a major chore, finding a spot for the intercooler, custom plumbing for 2 turbos and routing them in said space...
I think the $6500 may buy all the materials, but into the job he'll be saying, "okay I need another $6500 for labor, R&D, tuning, etc"
BTW - Single turbo is far more efficient and will make more power.
