I am still on the OE clutch & diff...
Granted Its about time for a new clutch (50k will do that...), but aside formt eh 4th gear syncro everything works properly.

same deal here...... 55000 miles vorteched, and the stock clutch and diff.

and ive not taken it easy on that poor clutch laugh

Markdid you notice a problem with your 4th gear syncro before or after that race where it ground badly? I did the same thing a while back, and sometimes at high RPM, 4th gear feels alot different than the others going in....perhaps a faint grinding noise, I wish I had someone else in the car with me who could afford NOT to pay attention to the road in a situation like that....

It started doing it about a month before while I was out on Gingerman turnign laps... I drove it easy for that following month up until SZ... then it resurfaced. It only does it after 6,000rpms or under boost. laugh
