Basically if you have returnless fuel on your car you are screwed unless you want to redo the fuel delivery system. The cutoof was somewhere in 99. The best way to check (that I know of) is to actually look and see if there are two fuel lines going to the fuel rail, if there is only one it is a returnless system. Generall speaking if your car was the first half of the 99's you should be pretty safe.
