Although I have no Cougar any longer to do this with (besides, I had a V6), I am now in need of a car to play with. After driving a Focus, I must admit that I really liked the handling ... ALOT! No matter where you pointed that thing, it went without hesitation. Now with these kits being out ... something that I might consider.
Terry, will this kit fit the ZX2? I ask because I have a 2nd Gen Escort LX with 121K miles that is in need of a motor swap soon. I have done a lot of research (gotten under both cars and taken lots of notes ... no measurements yet) and the ZX2 should drop right in.
Not to mention, if this fits the ZX2 ... there are more ZX2 owners out there with more $$ than sense than all combined Contour and Cougar owners. If you position yourself right, I would say about 50+% of your sales will be to Focus owners.
