Why not get a CAI and either wrap it with Thermo-Tec or you can ceramic coat it like I did mine with Jet Hot .I do have a CAI, the one from the now defunct SCA, but it gets pretty warm, esp in summer and though you mentioned two good option for heat soak issues if I keep the CAI I'd like to keep the looks as well. Thanks for the commenst though, I don't mean to sound like I'm jumping down your throat.
Also, I'm not sure how big these Arospeed things are. I emailed them asking for rough dimensions with no response yet, all I have to go by is pics of them from their website where I guessed they were about 24Lx6H. Like I said, this is just a thought I had, I have no plans at the moment to try it or anything, just lookin for input, thanks again to all.
